Each section of the preliminary adequacy review is listed below. <br /> 6.3.1 EXHIBIT A—Legal Description and Location Map <br /> • Patrick Anthony Jolly owns the immediate adjacent land surrounding the pit area and haul road. <br /> Please refer to the Exhibit E,Attachment A map previously submitted for reference. <br /> 6.3.2 EXHIBIT B—Site Description <br /> • Please refer to the Exhibit E,Attachment A map previously submitted for water resources nearby <br /> the pit area. <br /> 6.3.3 EXHIBIT C—Mining Plan <br /> • Exhibit C(attached)has been revised with the following bullet information added. <br /> • Applicant will monitor ground water maps and data provided locally by the East Cheyenne <br /> Ground Water Management District to determine seasonal ground water elevation to ensure that a <br /> minimum of 2 feet will be maintained between the bottom of the excavation and the seasonal high <br /> ground water elevation. <br /> • Excavation depth will not intersect seasonally high ground water elevation levels.Attached <br /> (Exhibit C,Attachment A)is a Northern High Plains data report for a water well on this particular <br /> land section as well as a neighboring well report. Current data shows that the depth to water level <br /> ranges from 149-164 feet. The change in water level has not changed very much at all in the 10 <br /> year report. <br /> • Applicant does not wish to form a weed control plan at this time.
