The proposed modification to <br />the LMU will add all lands in federal coal lease COC68590 and 27.84 acres in federal coal lease <br />C00012347501. The LMU will consist of six federal coal leases and one State of Colorado coal <br />lease located in Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties, Colorado. <br />In accordance with 43 CFR 3481.2(b), a Notice of Availability for any proposed modification to <br />an LMU must be sent to appropriate federal and state agencies for review and comment. If you <br />have any questions regarding this proposed modification to the LMU, please contact Doug Siple, <br />Mining Engineer, at (303) 239-3774. If you have any comments on this proposed modification <br />to the LMU, please send them to the Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, Attn: <br />Chief, Branch of Solid Minerals, 2850 Youngfield Street, Lakewood, Colorado, 80215, by close <br />of business on January 6, 2017. <br />Sincerely, <br />Lonny R.
