(Tri-State) has received your adequacy <br />review letter for PR -01, dated July 20, 2016 and provides the following responses to your <br />comments on behalf of the Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, New Horizon Mine. <br />Section 2.03 Legal, Financial, Compliance & Related Information <br />1. In Section 2.03.4(7) of the current permit, the name listed for the contiguous land owner <br />#27 is Cheryl Staats (revised pages were not submitted with TR -73). On Map 2.03.4-1, <br />427 is listed as the Secretary of HUD in Washington, DC. The Montrose County <br />Assessor's Office lists the owner as Timothy and Anna Higgs. Please clarify the owner of <br />parcel labeled 427 on Map 2.03.4-1 and in Section 2.03.4(7). <br />Response: Map 2.03.4-1 has been updated to reflect Timothy & Anna Higgs as the land <br />owner of parcel #27. Section 2.03.4(7) has also been updated to reflect this change. <br />2. In Section 2.03.4(7) of the current permit, the name listed for the contiguous landowner <br />431 is Robert Quiring (revised pages were not submitted with TR -73). On Map 2.03.4-1 <br />and the Montrose County Assessor's Office lists the owner as John Russell Stroh. Please <br />clarify the owner of parcel labeled #31 on Map 2.03.4-1 and Section 2.03.4(7). <br />Response: Section 2.03.4(7) has been updated to reflect John Russell Stroh as the land <br />owner of parcel #31. <br />3. In Section 2.03.4(7) of the current permit and Montrose County Assessor's Office, the <br />name listed for the contiguous land owner 426 is George VanKirkwood III. On Map <br />2.03.4-1, the owner is listed as George Kirkwood. Please clarify the owner of parcel <br />labeled 426 on Map 2.03.4-1 and Section 2.03.4(7). <br />Response: Map 2.03.4-1 has been updated to reflect George Van Kirkwood III as the <br />land owner of parcel #26.
