I had found the original SI -02 estimate did not <br />take into account the additional liability required to spread cover material for the second phase of the Coal Refuse <br />Disposal Area. The liability associated with this task was revised with the approval of RN -06 but I somehow missed the <br />increase in material needed for this task with my original estimate. <br />For Task 182, 1 re -calculated the hours needed for the drill rig and water truck. The Division a few years ago surveyed <br />several drilling companies and came up with an average time to fill a boreholes with concrete (96.1 feet per hour). I used <br />this number to recalculate the hours needed for this task. <br />Please let me know if you have further questions.
