What is the basis and justification for this significant increase? <br />➢ Task 182, Borehole and Monitoring Well Sealing; Again comparing your 02/16 calculations with the recent revision, I <br />noted that for essentially all of the individual calculations for borehole/well sealing, the hours for both the drill rig/labor <br />and water truck had been increased significantly, in many cases more than doubling. In reviewing the previously <br />applied hours and the new hours, I believe that the hours previously used (02/16 and previous bond calculations) were <br />already more than generous, based on my experience with drilling and closure activities.
