On Item #9 of the Application Form, the Applicant provided four (4) section numbers and  <br />did not select a quarter section or quarter/quarter section selection.  The approved permit  <br />application lists the center of the area where the majority of the mining will occur as  <br />Section “8”, “SW” Quarter Section and “SE” Quarter/Quarter Section.  Please explain this  <br />discrepancy and revise the amendment application form, as needed, to provide the section,  <br />quarter section and quarter/quarter section information.  <br />  <br />2. On Item #12 of the Application Form, the Applicant did not select a post‐mining land use  <br />selection.  Please revise the Application Form to indicate a post‐mining land use.  The site is  <br />currently approved for “recreation” as the post‐mining land use.  <br />  <br />3. The Division requires the Applicant to provide documentation giving the signer, John Colin,  <br />the authority to sign on behalf of the company.  The authorization document may be in the  <br />form of by‐laws, resolution, affidavit signed by corporate secretary, certified secretary  <br />statement or a notarized statement on company letterhead.  <br />
