Rule 1.10.1 states, there shall be filed with an application for a 112 Reclamation Permit amendment…the same content as required for an original application, except that the Applicant will not be required to submit an information which duplicates applicable previous submittals. However, the Applicant shall clearly describe where in the original application and supporting documents the information not included in the amendment application, but necessary to render the amendment technically adequate, may be found. The amendment (AM‐04) application will not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted.
