As mentioned, the site <br />is pre -law, and GCC Energy is under no obligation to construct this structure. <br />On June 9, 2015, GCC Energy received a letter from your office requesting additional <br />sampling and analysis of the existing refuse pile at the King I mine as well as additional <br />roof, coal and floor sampling and analysis of areas within and adjacent to the King II mine. <br />These concerns were originally addressed in our TR -20 "Adequacy Review 2A <br />(Supplemental) Response", submitted June 30, 2015. That response has been reviewed by <br />the Division and additional comments were received from the Division by GCC Energy as <br />TR -20, Adequacy Review #3. Those comments are addressed in this submittal. <br />The Division's adequacy comments from the October, 2015 letter that were noted as <br />"Resolved" are not addressed in this submittal. Comments which were not resolved are <br />repeated below in italics as listed in your letter. Responses by GCC Energy are shown in <br />bold text. <br />
