The following <br />paragraphs correspond to the letter dated April 13, 2015. <br />1. Proof of publication in newspaper. Response: The documentation from The Greeley Tribune <br />showing the publication notice is included in this packet. <br />2. Proof of notice to owners of record. Response: Photocopies of the Certified Mail Receipt and <br />the Return Receipt signature -card for all owners within 200 feet of the property boundary were <br />previously submitted. Enclosed with this letter are additional photocopies of Certified Mail <br />Receipts and Return Receipt signature cards for easement owners within 200 feet. <br />The comments received, from History Colorado and the Colorado Department of Water <br />Resources have been received- Response: The New Cache La Poudre Irrigating Company will <br />comply with the conditions stated in the responses. The condition stated in the History Colorado <br />response is that the discovery of human remains or other cultural resources will require action. <br />The DWR condition is the proper handling of storm water runoff. Ail storm water will be <br />returned to the stream system within 72 hours. <br />6.2.1(2) — General Requirements of Maps <br />4. Requirement for the maps to be stamped and signed. Response: The large Exhibit C project map <br />sent with cur previous revision showing the pond plan was stamped and signed by a <br />professional engineer (Duane Smith, Smith Geotechnical and dated 2-23-15). All other Exhibit C <br />documents were revised to show the name of the applicant, date prepared, map scale, direction <br />arrow and signature line.
