Response: Notice was sent by Certified Mail to the <br />easement and utility owners within 200' of the property as noted in paragraph 2 above. The <br />Utility Notification Call Center provided a list of the utilities in the area. <br />7. Correction of Exhibit C—Attachment 1 acreage designation. Response: The correction was made <br />and submitted with the revised Exhibit C Attachments (see Paragraph 4 above). <br />8. Indicate location of topsoil stockpile. Response: The New Cache La Poudre Irrigating Company <br />has water decreed for commercial and industrial purposed stored in the Cornish Plains <br />Reservoir. A copy of a portion of the final Water Court decree is enclosed. <br />12. Identify primary and secondary commodities. Response: The primary and secondary <br />commodities generated will be top soil, gravel and dirt for commercial uses. <br />6.4.5 — Exhibit E — A revised Exhibit E is enclosed to address the requirements listed below. <br />13. Response: The Noxious Weed Management plan is outlined in Exhibit E <br />paragraph 9. <br />15. Seed mixture.
