(GSB) has received your inspection report dated October 15, 2014 for the <br />Buffalo Mine. The inspection requested that we update the mining plan map to include the current <br />access road location. The Division is also requesting GSB to submit an agreement for the use of the <br />new access road from the land owner and whether the road will be reclaimed. GSB is respectfully <br />submitting Technical Revision number 2 to address the issues from the inspection. <br />Enclosed are the following- <br />1 . A notarized and signed copy of the access agreement for the access road to access the Phase <br />III mine site. For your reference, section 5c states that the road will not be reclaimed and <br />remain as is. <br />2. Updated Exhibit C -1: Addendum to the Affected Lands Map Surrounding Ownership. New text <br />is highlighted in yellow. The purpose is so the existing Exhibit C -1: Addendum to the Affected <br />Lands Map Surrounding Ownership can be replaced with this revised document. <br />3. Exhibit C -2 Mine Plan Map for Phase III only. <br />4. Exhibit D — Mine Plan. Old text is struck through and new text is highlighted. The purpose is <br />so the existing Exhibit D — Mine Plan can be replaced with this revised document. <br />5.
