Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting this adequacy response
for TR -104 to Permit No. C- 1981 -019. Tri-State received your adequacy comments, dated
December 17, 2014, and the following responses have been provided to your concerns:
1. No further action required.
2. No further action required.
3. Please address the following:
a. On page Exh. 7- 141 -2, the reference to 53 cfs in the SEDCAD run appears to be a
mistake.
Response: Text has been modified to reflect the approximately 47 cfs found in the SEDCAD
run.
b. The 1.5% slope for the middle reach in the SEDCAD model appears low, based on
the topography map.
Response: The slope used to model this reach has been increased to 2.0% to more closely
reflect current conditions on the ground. A revised SEDCAD model reflecting this change has
been included in this package.
c. The text on page Exh. 7 -141 -3 references two SEDCAD models. Please add another
sentence (or a parenthetical phrase) to tell the reader that one of'the runs is not
included in the exhibit and explain why.
Response: Colowyo has modified the text to clarify the purpose of Exhibit 7 -14I, Figure 2.
CRAIG STATION ESCALANTE STATION NUCLA STATION
P.O.
