The revision is <br />complete in relation to these rules making note the low level of detail provided for the dewatering plan be <br />at your discretion for the scope of this revision as explained further below under Rule 2.05.3(4). <br />Rule: 2.04.7(1)(a)(iv) <br />Ownership, uses and location information for all existing wells, springs and other developed ground water <br />resources. <br />Wells within the permit boundary are referenced to be listed in revised Table 9 for groundwater and <br />shown on revised Map 15 and Table 12 for surface water. Wells located within or adjacent are referenced <br />to Exhibit 613 and shown in Map I IA. <br />The Colorado Division of Water Resources website was reference for possible new wells to be included <br />in the proposed permit or adjacent area. The expansion of the permit area will add wells within the <br />adjacent area, but it has not been checked if all of the wells have been accounted for in the above <br />referenced tables and maps. <br />Rule: 2.04.7(1)(b) <br />Referring to: Aquifer characteristics, quality, quantity, well locations with reported yields in proposed <br />permit area and adjacent. <br />Information is provided and discussed <br />Rule 2.04.7(3) <br />Referring to alternative water supply information <br />Water augmentation plan, if adjacent wells are impacted, is discussed in 2.04 -39 <br />Rule 2.04.7(4)(a) <br />The locations of water supply intakes, ditches, reservoirs, and wells within a one mile minimum radius of <br />the affected area, current users of surface water flowing into, out of, and within a hydrologic area defined <br />by the Division, and those surface waters which will receive discharges from affected areas in the <br />proposed permit area and adjacent area; <br />Maps 13,14,16,24 and 26 are referenced to address the above criteria. <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: / /mining.state.co.us <br />John W.
