We used your original letter as the base format, with our <br />responses following your Adequacy Review #4 comments. We have excluded the original Adequacy <br />comments that have either been resolved or stipulated for future Trapper permitting action. <br />The following new /revised permit narrative pages are enclosed: iv -4, iv -5 (new page) and 3 -15a. The <br />following permit table is revised: Table 3.1 -3 (page 3 -13). The following revised map is enclosed: M10B <br />(sheet 3). The following new maps are enclosed: M54D, M54E, M54F, M54G and M54H. <br />Rule 2.04; Minimum Requirements for Information on Environmental Resources: <br />2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />8. Based on the surface and ground water analyses discussed in section 2.07 of the permit, it does <br />not appear the surface and ground water system of the expansion area has been analyzed. This <br />information is required for the proposed permit area and adjacent areas, not just areas that are to <br />be disturbed. <br />a. For the expansion area please submit a description of the ground water hydrology for the <br />proposed permit and adjacent area in accordance with Rule 2.04.7(1)(a). <br />Division's Adequacy #4 Comment: Trapper proposes to revise /replace maps <br />M54, M54B and M54C. These maps currently contain the baseline water -level <br />elevations for the former permit area from 1986. The Division would like to retain <br />these baseline water elevation maps as part of the permit. The new maps depict the <br />2013 or 2011 water elevations for the "SS ", HI and the QR aquifers throughout the <br />permit area including the expansion area which is required, but these maps should <br />be submitted in addition to the current maps and should not replace them.
