It is our understanding that the following outstanding items were to be addressed this year: • Exhibit L, Parcel 39: Obtain Engineering Report for Wibbenmeyer property; • Exhibit U, Water Monitoring Wells. Complete wells and commence quarterly water testing 4Q 2014; and • Exhibit C, Construction Schedule: Provide the Division with updated construction schedule. Exhibit L, Parcel 39, Wibbenmever Property UMC identified 5 adjacent property owners with man-made structures within 200 ft of the mill permit boundary. Of these, we obtained and submitted to the Division in our permit application three (3) properly executed Structural Agreements for Parcels 23, 38, and 40 and one (1) Engineering Report for Parcels 21/36, as referenced in Table 13-1 of the permit document. Missing in our application was Parcel 39, Dale J and Deborah Wibbenmeyer. On 19 August 2014, Dowl HKM's Mr. Michael Henderson, PE provided UMC with an Engineering Report addressing Parcel 39. This document is included in this letter as Attachment No. 1 and is submitted to the Division for review. If accepted, this report will be included in our permit document as Appendix 13-5. Exhibit U, Water Monitoring Wells In Question 12, Adequacy Review No. 3 (submitted to the Division 11 March, 2014) UMC committed to completing new water monitoring wells and to commence groundwater testing prior to commencement of operations.
