We have used your original letter as the base format, with our <br />responses following each of your comments. <br />The following revised permit narrative pages are enclosed: i -1, iv -1, 1 -25, 2 -170, 3 -27a, 3 -27b and 4 -173. <br />The following permit narrative pages are added: 1 -25a, 1 -25b and 1 -25c. The following revised permit <br />tables are enclosed: Table 1.4 -1 (page 1 -32), Table 2.7 -12 (page 2 -412), Table 3.3 -4 (page 3 -27d), Table <br />4.8 -2 (pages 4 -174 and 4- 174a), and Table 4.8 -2A (page 4 -175). The following revised permit figure is <br />enclosed: Figure 3.3.3 -1 (page 3 -27c). Several revised Appendix A tables are enclosed. The following <br />revised maps are enclosed: M3 (sheets 1, 2, and 3), M16, M28 and M51 (sheet 3). New map M4A is <br />enclosed. <br />We do not include a response to Division comment #23 as we are still working through our response with <br />a consultant. <br />Rule 2.04; Minimum Requirements for Information on Environmental Resources: <br />2.04.3 Site Description and Land Use Information: <br />1. Section 2.05 of the permit application discusses pre -mine land uses. Rule 2.04.3(2) requires the <br />application to contain a statement of the condition, capability and productivity of the land within the <br />proposed permit area. Please amend section 2.05 as necessary for the new acreage to be added to <br />the permit area. <br />Trapper Response to Comment 1: None of the narrative on page 2 -170 of Section 2.5 needs revision as a <br />result of the inclusion of the new area within the permit area. <br />2. Please submit a map in accordance with Rule 2.04.3(2)(a) that depicts the uses of land for the <br />additional permit acreage in accordance with the land use categories established in the land use <br />definitions in Rule 1.04. <br />P.O.
