The liner system will be extended beneath the above -grade <br />conveyance pipe lines from the existing Aregua Gulch Adsoption, Desorption and Recovery <br />facilities ( "AGARD ") to the PSE facilities. In addition, this technical revision requests the <br />placement of an approximate 50' by 30' maintenance road/platform upon the down - gradient and <br />outer portion of the approved Squaw Gulch Valley Leach Facilities ( "SGVLF ") toe berm. <br />The components of the PSE pipe line liner extension and placement of material for the power <br />pole maintenance road/platform are planned to be constructed in September of 2013 with <br />subsequent submittal and approval of this technical revision to the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety ( "DRMS "). <br />PSE Extended Liner System <br />
