Well 94 -1- Information regarding the drilling and completion of this well (as documented <br />by applications to DWR and drillers reports) is contained in the original permit <br />application documents for the Carbon Junction Mine. As reported to the Division in <br />Annual Hydrologic Reports, the well was reclaimed by the backfilling of the South Pit in <br />2003 by Four Corners Materials. We have no information regarding the measures <br />undertaken in the reclamation of the well. <br />Well 95 -1- Information regarding the drilling and completion of this well (as documented <br />by applications to DWR and drillers reports) is contained in the original permit <br />application documents for the Carbon Junction Mine. Currently, the well is still in place <br />and has been sealed with a steel cap. This well is within the Ewing Mesa #1 permit area. <br />Oakridge Energy, as landowner, is currently discussing the future need for retention or <br />sealing of the remaining open wells. The text on page 5 -15 has been revised to reflect the <br />current status of the wells. <br />2. Oakridge Energy, as surface landowner, has provided a letter requesting retention of <br />the road. This letter is appended to this response. <br />3. Our research does not lead us to the same conclusion regarding the disposition and <br />responsibility for reclamation of the east collection ditch/channel.
