Carbon <br />Junction Mine (CDRMS file C -1992 -080) <br />Dear Ms. Talvitie: <br />On behalf of Oakridge Energy, we would like to submit the following responses to the <br />adequacy comments in the April 19, 2013 Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR). <br />Response numbers follow the numbering contained in the PAR. Additional changes to <br />the Abridged Permit Document text have been made to reflect activities that have taken <br />place or verification of representations in the prior permit document texts. These revised <br />pages are attached. Revised pages to the permit document text contain revised text in <br />bold, italic for ease of review. <br />2.03- Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information (Revised pages 1 -1, 3 -2, <br />3 -4 through 3 -11) <br />1. Oakridge Energy has provided information addressing the ending dates of former <br />officers of Oakridge Energy as requested. A letter from Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />documenting those changes is appended. <br />2. The application for termination of the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) CDPS permit has been submitted <br />to you under separate cover dated April 10, 2013. There has been no response to <br />Oakridge Energy by WQCD regarding the application for termination, neither has there <br />been issuance of a stormwater permit. The text in Section 2.03.10 regarding the above <br />permit has been revised to reflect that the permit termination is in process. <br />
