<br />The surface owner of the property within the permit area is Oakridge Energy, Inc. The U.S.G.S. 7.5
<br />quadrangles titled "Durango East" and "Loma Linda" contain the permit area of the mine. The mine site
<br />is located two miles southeast of the Durango city limits, midway up Carbon Junction Canyon, on Ewing
<br />Mesa. This is approximately one mile east of the Highway 160 -550 business route junction, lying one
<br />mile east of the Animas River. A copy of the technical revisions are available for public review at the La
<br />Plata County Clerk and Recorder's Office, La Plata County courthouse, 1060 Second Avenue, Durango,
<br />CO 81302 and at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80203, phone (303) 866 -3567. Anyone with a valid legal interest may submit written
<br />comments or objections within 30 days of the last publication of this notice. All comments, objections,
