<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 46131acksboro Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301
<br />(telephone (940) 322 -4772) has filed an application for a technical revision to a valid existing permit for
<br />the Carbon Junction Mine (permit C -92 -080) with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and
<br />Safety. The subject of the revision is a modification of the reclamation plan including the reclamation of
<br />the Carbon Junction Temporary Diversion and update to the Post - Mining Topography Map. The legal
<br />description of the permit area is:
<br />A perimeter tract of land located within Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9 West, Section
<br />33, Township 34 % North, Range 9 West and Section 33 of Township 35 North, Range 9 West
<br />of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 33, T35N; Thence S 89 055'10" W, a distance
<br />of 513.29 feet along the south line of said Section 33, T35N; Thence S 18 °14'00" W, a distance
<br />of 3334.13 feet to the East 1/16 corner common to said Section 33, T34.5N and Section 4,
<br />T34N; Thence S 03 017'33" W, a distance of 1137.79 feet along the west line of the
<br />NE1 /4NE1 /4 of said Section 4 to the Northeast 1/16 corner of said Section 4 T34N; Thence S
