IDENTIFICATION OF LANDS <br />The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the Town of Hayden, <br />Colorado off of Routt County Road 27. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps of <br />Dunckley and Mt. Harris, contains the described permit area. The specific area (6.25 acres) <br />to which this bond release request applies is included within the Permit Area described as <br />follows. <br />The general legal description of the Yoast Permit Area is described as: <br />T6N.
