See Attachment 1. <br />2) Please submit a revised reclamation plan in accordance with Rule 6.4.5. <br />a. The revised reclamation plan will be implemented in general <br />accordance with the originally approved reclamation plan (April <br />1978) and in accordance with the Adams County Regional Park <br />Master Plan (February 2008). The revised reclamation plan is <br />proposed to be in compliance with the stated goals of the original <br />reclamation plan. Namely that the revised reclamation plan is, <br />"...designed to complement the surrounding area where recreation <br />and open space are currently the predominant land uses." <br />More specifically, the revised reclamation plan will include grading <br />the disturbed areas in compliance with the Mining Safety and Health <br />Administration regulations. Topsoil will be replaced in disturbed <br />areas at a depth ranging from three to six inches.
