INSPECTION TOPIC: Availability Of Records
PROBLEM /POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: The Division's files indicate Henderson did not submit an annual
report and fee for the NOI in 2012 for the 2011 -12 activity.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Henderson must submit the annual report and provide the required annual fee by the
corrective action date.

OBSERVATIONS
The Red Mountain Exploration Drilling project was inspected by Peter Hays with the Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety (Division) as part of the Division's monitoring inspection program. Mr. Bryce Romig, Mr.
Miguel Hamarat and Ms. Nyssa Loepke with Climax Molybdenum — Henderson Operations (Henderson) were
present during the inspection.
The original Red Mountain NOI included the construction of five drill pads with two holes planned per pad and
the required access roads. The NOI was issued by the Division on August 1, 2011. The NOI was modified in
2012 to include the construction of three additional drill pads (Sites #6 -8) and road construction on Harrison
Mountain. The modification (MD -01) was issued by the Division on June 20, 2012. All exploration activity was
expected to be completed by October 31, 2013.
