• 0 <br />Pose i a <br />Stot of ado <br />nor) :ne Pruitt Soeuoche County Recorder <br />11/22/2000 03:35 An Recording Fee $5.00 <br />RESOLUTION <br />LU -00— 102 <br />RESOLUTION, granting a Conditional Use permit on a tract of land containing 9.994 <br />acres in the NW 1/4, Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 10 East. <br />WHEREAS, Brad and Harland Cummings, dba S Bar C Farms, are the owners of a tract <br />of land containing 9.994 acres in NWI/4 Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 10 East, <br />and <br />WHEREAS. the owner intend to use this property for a use other than agricultural, and <br />WHEREAS, the Saguache County Land Development Code requires, within Article IV, <br />approval be given for Conditional Use by the Board of County Commissioners, and <br />WHEREAS, the Saguache County Planning Commission has examined the Conditional <br />Use request from the owner and having found no reason to deny such a request, voied to <br />recommend approval with conditions during their regular meeting on September 28, <br />2000, and <br />WUEREAS, that such Conditional Use shall be for the purpose of a gravel pit, and <br />FURTHER, the Board of County Commissioners in granting this Conditional Use have <br />considered assurance from the applicants, Brad and Harland Cummings, dba S Bar C <br />Farms, with comments being heard from the public through the mad, phone calls and in <br />person. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saguache County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Brad and Harland Cummings, dba S Bar C Farms, a Conditional <br />Use Permit on a tract of land containing 9.994 acres in NWl /4 Section 27, Township 45 <br />North, Range 10 East, <br />AND, water shall be supplied on site for Dust Abatement. <br />READ, MOVED and APPROVED this 21" day of November 2000. <br />4 <br />Chairman <br />mmissioner <br />' °G� <br />Co issioner / <br />ATTEST: <br />,fletfi of the Board ' <br />
