All bearings are on the Frederick Mine Meridian at Valdez,
Colorado, which is 00.52' to the right of true meridian.
A tract of land in portions of Sections 8, 9, 16, 17, 20 and 21 of
Township 33 South, Range 68 West, of the 6th P.H. as said Sections
were established by the Maxwell Land Grant Co., all situated in Las
Animas County, Colorado and being more particularly described as

Beginning at an iron pin at a fence corner marking the
northeast corner of that tract of land conveyed to John Deldosso
and Viola Kansas Deldosso by the Colorado Fuel and Iron co. and
Arthur Roeder, as Trustee, by deed dated July 29, 1935, -said point
of beginning bears S61'04148 "$ 4952.52 feet from a marked stone
being the quarter corner common to Sections 7 and 8, Twp. 33S,
Range 68W, of 6th P.M. as established by the Maxwell Land Grant
Co.;

SE h NE 4 of said Sec. 20, and being the north line of a tract
owned by Robert Parsons, a distance of 1317.80 feet to a mound of
stone and iron pin marking the quarter corner common to Sections
20 and 21, Twp. 33S, Range 68W, 6th P.M. as established by the
Maxwell Land Grant Co. survey; --

the east line of tract owned by Robert Parsons, a distance of
1301.61 feet to an iron pin on a fence line, said fence line being
the north line of tract deeded to George A. Storz by the Maxwell
