Division Initial Comment: Minor Revision No(s). 256 and 261 were approved for <br />developmental drilling within the Foidel Creek Permit Boundary. Per Rule 4.07.3(3), <br />within 60 days after abandoning a drill hole the operator shall submit an abandonment <br />report. If all drilling for the above referenced Minor Revisions or any other drillhole that <br />has been abandoned, please submit the appropriate abandonment reports. <br />TC Response: Not all of the subj ect drillholes were actually drilled. For the 2011 <br />Drilling Program (NMI 1-256), Drillholes TCW001, 003, and 007 were actually <br />completed. For the 2012 Drilling Program (MR12 -261), Drillholes TCW008, 009, and <br />010 were actually completed. Copies of the abandonment reports for these drillholes <br />accompany these responses for your files. <br />Division Response: The Division has reviewed the submitted drillhole abandonment <br />reports and found them to be in compliance with Rule 4.07.3(3). This response is <br />adequate. <br />
