Exhibit D <br />Reclamation Plan: Partial reclamation will occur at the end of each mining season during mining <br />operations as is feasible. All excavations including, trenches and pits will be back filled with stock piled <br />over burden and topsoil. All slopes will be contoured and graded to pre mining status. The disturbed <br />areas will be broadcasted with 40 Ibs of seed mix per acre as recommended by the Forest Service. No <br />live trees will be disturbed at this mining operation, but new pines will be planted as so many were <br />destroyed by the Hayman fire of 2002. <br />Exhibit F <br />List of other Permits and Licenses Required: <br />Environmental Assessment -USDA USFS <br />Plan of Operation -USDA USFS <br />Exhibit G <br />Legal Right to Enter : See the attached claim notice and receipt for the most recent payment on <br />the claim to the Bureau of Land Management. <br />Exhibit H <br />Municipalities: There are no towns or cities within a 2 -mile radius of the claim site.
