Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the <br />system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is to <br />the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete. I am aware that there are significant <br />penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing <br />violations." <br />Since Seneca feels that the 7.1 ug/L Se value is NOT accurate, we feel obligated not to use that value on <br />the DMR. The lab report for this sample is attached to this cover letter. As a reminder, there is no DMR <br />limit for selenium for Outfall 008, reporting only is required.
