Comment 18 No owner addresses were listed for MS13200, MS13965, MS7611, MS18302 or the BLM
or MS9609 at air raise area
Response:
Thanks for picking up the parcels that we missed. Mailing addresses for the owners of the parcels are
shown below and each was mailed a notice on July 22, 2013. "Sent" receipts along with the retrun
notices will be passed along to DRMS when Providence receives them. The three owners and addresses
are listed below:
MS13200 is the Mary Silro Revocable Trust, 367 Southfield Drive, Williston Vermont, 05495
MS13965 is the Old Bill owned by Gregory and Sheila Taylor, P.O. Box 69, Ponca Nebraska, 68770
MS7611 is the Ruby, owned by Linda Burlis, 1380 S Ivey Way, Denver, Colorado 80224
MS18302 is the First National MS owned by Caldera Rim. A review of the maps indicate that it is located
greater than 200 feet distant from the permit boundary, thus notification is not necessary per permit
regulations.
We are not certain which patented claim in the air raise area, that the reviewer is referring to with
respect to MS9609. That MS number includes more than one claim, and the individual claims are owned
by two different parties. The Policy claim is owned Tenderfoot Cattle Company, and the Snowy June
claim is owned by Anglo /Rocky Mountain Gold Innovations. The owners are already shown on the
Exhibit J list and notices were sent to both parties in June.
Our records show there to be no BLM owned lands located within 200 feet of the permit boundary.
BLM lands in this area have been transferred to Anglo gold in the 1990's.
Comment 19 a and b The electric line shown on Exhibit Map E -2 is a man -made structure as are
fences. Please include the electric line and fences in list of structures
Response:
The overhead electric line is currently listed in Exhibit L and shown on Map E -2. There are no other lines
in the vicinity. A snow fence is located along the access road to a property located south of the permit
area. The fence would not be considered a "legal fence" per State statue and is not located on a
property boundary However, it is a structure and has been added to Map E -2 and listed in Exhibit L.
11
