Roads and pads will be sprayed with magnesium chloride or water as needed to <br />control fugitive dust. The magnesium chloride will not be stored onsite, but <br />rather brought in as needed. <br />h. Utilities <br />Electrical power will be provided by the San Miguel Power Company. Additional <br />lines that may be needed for future ventilation shafts will be their responsibility to <br />provide. <br />The ventilation shaft may also be used as a power drop. (See Exhibit E, Figure <br />E3 for location.) <br />i. Ventilation Shafts <br />One venthole site will be reopened. This ventilation hole will require a casing <br />and concrete pad (approximately 9x9 feet and 2 -3 feet thick) to accommodate the <br />fan. A water tank and pipe into the mine may also be located within the same <br />0.25 acres permitted for this venthole. <br />• <br />.D <br />
