APPENDIX 13 REVENUE MINE — MINE FACILITY CHANGES FOR TR -01 IN JULY 2013
A) Additional Waste Rock Storage Area
The amount of rock blasted from the mill tunnels has necessitated that an additional area of 1.1 acres
on the east side of the permit area be used for permanent waste rock storage. It will consist of a flat pad
and a sloped area of 3HAV. This area does not drain to Sediment Pond 3 therefore, alternate sediment
control of hay bales or equivalent will be used as shown on Maps C -2, C -3 and C -4. The slope will be
reclaimed to no steeper than 3HAV and will be covered with 6 inches of topsoil upon reclamation.
B) Additional Facilities
The mine will also utilize the following structure modifications:
1) The office /dry building will be a 2 story structure on a 6" concrete slab as shown on the mine
maps. The dimensions are shown on the map.
2) The Filter Building outside the mill portal is on a 12" concrete slab and has the dimensions
shown on the mine maps. This building will remain after reclamation for storage use.
3) 2 potable water tanks are located immediately west of the main mine portal and are used for
drinking and shower water in the office /dry building. These tanks are thick plastic 500 gallon
tanks that are fed from a small 2" pipe that comes from the mine portal. All of this will be
removed for reclamation.
