Copies of <br />any revised pages accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />Rule 2.03.4 — Identification of Interests <br />1) Please ensure that the contact and resident agent iiforination listed 077 page 2.03 -8 is correct and submit an <br />updated page if necessary. <br />Response: The referenced information has been reviewed and updated, as appropriate. The current ownership and control <br />information provided by Moffat County Mining, LLC is not consistent With the information in AVS. AVS has <br />Officers and Directors that started their terms in the years of 2011 and 2012. The current Officers /Directors list <br />has listed officers in 2009 and 2010. The Division will need an updated list of Of from Moffat <br />C'OUnty Mining, LLC providing updated end dates for the officers no longer ill Office and a new <br />Officers /Directors list with the current officer's names and start dates. <br />Response: Updated Ownership and Control information is provided with these responses for <br />replacement in Exhibit 42. <br />3) Please ensure that all sun face and coal Ownership information is current and up to date. Please submit updated <br />pages 2.03 -8 through 2.03 -12 if needed <br />Response: The surface and mineral ownership information in Section 2.03 has been reviewed and <br />revised, as appropriate.
