Dorris as operator and agent for my unpatented mining <br />claims and is authorized to represent me and operate, have access, and carry out any legal <br />requirements for these claims. These claims are unpatented claims: Ice King (CMC 271708), <br />Janey (CMC 25061), Doris (CMC 250762), Smoky Bobcat (CMC281242), and Sky Hawk <br />(CMC 281243). <br />The lands are public lands administered by the U.S.F.S. and right to enter and operate is granted <br />by the U.S.F.S. under the 1872 Mining Law with revisions and amendments. None of the land <br />under the four unpatented mining claims that this permit transfer apply to have been removed <br />from location. Claims were located in previous years and are the following: Tree Root Extension <br />(CMC277163), Stealth (CMC 277164), Blue Streak No. 2 (CMC 277165), and Blue Streak No. 1 <br />(CMC 277166). <br />Joseph L. Dorris will operate these claims under approved mining permits and plans of operation <br />through the U.S.F.S. and State of Colorado and is authorized to enter and conduct operations as <br />needed. Other claims listed come under other plans of operations or mining permits. <br />Joseph Dorris will continue as my agent and operator until rescinded by letter. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me.
