Given these results, and that ongoing subsidence monitoring is limited and is associated with specific <br />surface features (ie: county roads and powerline structures), subsidence monitoring activities and <br />locations are best addressed through specific text discussions. The previous map reference has been <br />eliminated and replaced with a reference to the historic subsidence evaluation and monitoring <br />information provided in Exhibit 7. Copies of the revised page(s) accompany these responses for <br />replacement in the PAP. <br />11. The introductions on Pages 2.05 -8 and 2.05 -10 currently identify the remaining Life of Mine. <br />Please revise the above mentioned pages to reflect the current projected Life of Mine. <br />Response: The referenced pages have been reviewed and updated to reflect the currently projected <br />mine life. Copies of the revised pages accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />12. Page 2.05 -14 references Map 23A. There is currently no Map 23A approved in the permit. <br />Please revise page 2.05 -14 to reflect the correct referenced Map, or provide a Map 23A for <br />insertion into the permit. <br />Response: Map 23A no longer exists, and any current relevant information is shown on Maps 23, <br />2313, and 23C. References to Map 23A have been removed from the PAP text, and copies of any text <br />pages revised as a result accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />13. Page 2.05 -17.1 identifies 2011 -2012 and 2012 developmental drilling locations as being found on <br />Map 24. Currently approved Map 24 does not identify and developmental drilling locations. <br />Please revise the text to identify the correct Map in which the drillhole locations are identified or <br />revise Map 24 to include development drillhole locations as per the permit text. <br />Response: The exploration drilling information (including maps) is provided in Exhibit 52. The <br />referenced text has been revised to reflect this correction. Copies of the revised page accompanies <br />these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />14. Pages 2.05 -66 through 2.05 -74.3 contain information on the Haul Roads and Access Roads <br />identified within the permit. In addition Map 24A "Road Location and Classification ", is <br />referenced as the location to of Haul /Access Roads. The approved Map 24A is currently out of <br />date. Please revise Map 24A to reflect all approved road classifications and locations. <br />Response: The information previously provided on the referenced map has been integrated into the <br />current Map 24, Surface Facilities and Freshwater Systems. The text discussion has been reviewed <br />and revised to eliminate the reference to Map 24A, and copies of the revised page (page 2.05 -66 only) <br />accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />15. Map 30, "Road Profiles and Cross Sections" may require an update to reflecl recent revisions to <br />road profiles through Technical Revision No. 80. Please revise Map 30 to reflect any changes <br />based on revised haul road profiles or cross sections. <br />Response: The referenced map has been reviewed, and no changes to the map are necessary at this <br />time. TR12 -80 identified road segments that may require widening and /or straightening to <br />accommodate coal haulage traffic from the Sage Creek Mine, however, no modifications have <br />occurred to date. At such time as any road modifications are made in the future, the referenced map <br />will be reviewed and revised. as appropriate to reflect road "as- built" configurations. and submitted as <br />an update to the PAP. <br />
