This bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes <br />in Routt County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the exploration project <br />proposed for release have been adequately reclaimed. <br />The Division will retain $12,008.00 for the reclamation of bedrock wells FBR -12A, FBR -1213, <br />FBR -13, FBR -14, FBR -15A, and FBR -15B. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec. 2,3,10,1 1,13 -16,22 T5N R86W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at the address above within 30 days of the second publication of <br />this proposed decision in the Steamboat Pilot. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Elliott R.
