Reports and Documents Filed with Governmental Agencies: <br />The Recycling and Reuse of Materials and Land Inert Fill Notification dated June 21, <br />2010, was approved CDPHE in the letter dated March 10, 2011. Forms for the recycling <br />operations will need to be completed and submitted by March 1, 2013. <br />Compliance with Governmental Permits, Licenses, and Approvals: <br />There have been no inspections, additional letters or discussions with CDPHE in 2012. <br />Broda is doing groundwater monitoring and operating in compliance with approved <br />Recycling Plan Notification. <br />Water Elevations and Groundwater Analysis <br />Water level measurements were taken prior to the two groundwater sampling events. The <br />groundwater measurements and elevations are shown on the attached sheets. The <br />analytical results of the two groundwater sampling events are attached. <br />Other Information: <br />The segregation of asphalt has been ongoing and will continue.
