The <br />information included herein is for the calendar year 2012. <br />General Summary of Operations: <br />The filling of Parcel A is progressing according to plan. The Colorado Department of <br />Public Health and Environment ( CDPHE) confirmed that the facility is regulated under <br />the Recycling provisions of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Disposal Sites and <br />Facilities. Groundwater monitoring wells were monitored semi - annually. The deliveries <br />of inert materials are based upon the local economy and the volumes are down compared <br />to 2011. CDPHE has required that asphalt be segregated for subsequent placement above <br />the groundwater table or crushed and reused on -site or off -site. The asphalt collected has <br />been crushed and used on site for dust suppression and is above the water table. Other <br />than the information in this report there have been no incidents of significance and the <br />operations have gone well. <br />Volume of Materials Placed: <br />The volume of materials placed during the calendar year 2012 is 30620 cubic yards. <br />Testing and Monitoring Resorts: <br />Groundwater monitoring wells MW -1, MW -2, and MW -3 were sampled on 4/24/2012 <br />and 10/24/2012. The monitoring wells were analyzed for parameters listed in Appendix <br />IA and IB of CDPHE regulations. Lake samples and mud truck samples were not taken. <br />
