SUBSIDENCE MONITORING DATA COLLECTED TO THAT DATE. NO PRODUCTION <br />MINING SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHIN ANY REGULATORY AUTHORITY. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on May 9, 1986. <br />Stipulation No. 3: <br />NO SUBAREA OF THE REFUSE DISPOSAL AREA SHALL BE DISTURBED BY MINING <br />ACTIVITIES UNTIL THE APPLICANT HAS DEMONSTRATED TO THE REGULATORY <br />AUTHORITIES SATISFACTION THAT SUFFICIENT NON -TOXIC MATERIAL IS <br />AVAILABLE TO COMPLY WITH RULE 4.10. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on August 10, 1981. <br />Stipulation No. 4: <br />A PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY WITHIN 30 <br />DAYS OF APPROVAL OF THIS MINE PLAN FOR THE HANDLING AND DISPOSAL OF <br />MATERIAL IN THE "STORAGE AREA" AND A POST - MINING TOPOGRAPHIC MAP OF <br />THE RAILROAD STORAGE AND LOAD OUT AREAS. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on August 27, 1981. <br />Stipulation No. 5: <br />THE APPLICANT WILL INCORPORATE THE OVERBURDEN ANALYSIS SUBMITTED <br />TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY ON MAY 29, 1981, INTO THE MINE PLAN <br />WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on September 23, 1981. <br />Stipulation No. 6: <br />THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT A MONITORING PLAN FOR THE WHITE RIVER <br />ALLUVIUM TO ENSURE THAT DRAWDOWN PROJECTIONS ARE NO LARGER THAN <br />ANTICIPATED AND THAT THE MONITORING OBJECTIVES OF SECTION 4.24.5 OF <br />THE COLORADO PERMANENT REGULATORY PROGRAM ARE MET. THIS <br />INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY WITHIN <br />90 DAYS OF THE GRANTING OF THE PERMIT. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on October 27, 1981. <br />
