Hal <br />Division Engkww <br />The purpose of this letter is to approve the fining of the above referenced gravel pit This <br />approval is based on the site Inspection conducted on September 7, 2004: on the <br />Information provided by Wright Water Engineers under a cover letter dated September 1, <br />2004; and the iinforrnadion you provided under a cover letter dated October 7, 2004. The <br />estimated pit Inflows from precipitation and groundwater indicate that this Pit has been <br />lined to the design standard refer in the August 1999 State Engineer. Guidelines for <br />Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits.
