operations at the Barlow Pit and Batch Plant and to allow for future expansion of the operations. <br />The augmentation water to be used is described in Sections 8, 9, 17 and 18 of this Decree. <br />7. Irrigation Well. About thirty acres of land adjacent to the Batch Plant can be sprinkler <br />irrigated using the Batch Plant Irrigation Well described in Section 15.3 below. To the extent <br />that augmentation water is available under this plan in excess of the water needed to augment <br />Applicant's batch plant operations, water lost in mined product, and evaporation losses from the <br />Barlow Pit, the Batch Plant Irrigation Well will be augmented under this plan to allow for such <br />irrigation. <br />CHANGE IN WATER RIGHTS <br />8. Riverside Shares. <br />8.1. Ownership. Dorn owns sixteen (16) shares of the Riverside Reservoir and Land <br />Company (four private rights) represented by stock certificate number 1916 ( "Applicant's <br />Riverside Shares "). The source is the South Platte River. <br />8.2. Historical Use. Eight of Applicant's Riverside Shares were historically used as <br />supplemental irrigation water on 96 acres of land in the W '/2 S '/z of Section 28, TSN, R59W of <br />the 6th P.M known as the Brunelli Farm. These shares were acquired by Dorn in 1989 and are <br />no longer used on the Brunelli Farm. The remaining eight shares of the Riverside Shares were <br />historically used as supplemental irrigation water on 120 acres of land in the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 11, T 4 N, R 56 W of the 6th P.M known as the Roth Farm. These shares were <br />acquired by Dorn in 2003 and are no longer used on the Roth Farm. The location of the lands <br />historically irrigated by Applicant's Riverside Shares are depicted on the maps attached hereto as <br />Exhibits C -1 ( Brunelli Farm) and C -2 (Roth Farm). <br />9.
