Shall be prepared at a scale that is appropriate to clearly show all elements that <br />are required to be delineated by the Act and Rules. The acceptable range of map <br />scales shall not be larger than 1 inch = 50 feet nor smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet. <br />Also, that a map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date and a north arrow <br />shall be included. <br />3. In addition to the map criteria mentioned above, please state the average thickness of <br />replaced overburden and replaced topsoil by reclamation area on the Reclamation Plan <br />Map as required by Rule 6.3.5(3)(d) and (e). <br />Exhibit I - Proof of Filing with County Clerk (6.3.9) <br />4. Please provide an affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the revised application <br />information in response to this letter was placed with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder for <br />public review, pursuant to Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(c). <br />Please be advised the Harms Pit application may be deemed inadequate, and the application <br />may be denied on June 12, 2013 unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your <br />reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date.
