Box 609 Director <br />Pine Bluffs, Wyoming 82042 <br />Re: Pine Bluffs Gravel & Excavating, Inc., Harms Pit, File No. M- 2013 -018 <br />110c Permit Application Second Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Keller: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed the content of Pine <br />Bluffs Gravel & Excavating, Inc. 110c permit application adequacy response received on June 5, <br />2013 for the Harms Pit, File No. M- 2013 -018, and submits the following comments. The <br />Division is required to make an approval or denial decision no later than June 12, 2013 <br />therefore; a response to the following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the <br />Division as soon as possible. <br />The Applicant's responses to Questions #1 through #17 and #20 from the Division's May 30, <br />2013 letter were acceptable. <br />Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.3.4) <br />1. The Division estimated the cost to reclaim the Harms Pit at $117,000.00, based on the <br />information provided in the application package and first adequacy response letter. A copy <br />of the Division's reclamation cost estimate is attached for review. Please contact the <br />Division to discuss or modify the estimate or acknowledge acceptance of the financial <br />warranty amount. <br />Exhibit E - Map (Rule 6.3.5) <br />2. As stated in the May 30th letter, the Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan maps submitted by <br />the Applicant do not conform to all or some of the required map criteria. Please review the <br />requirements of Rule 6.2.1 and revise the maps accordingly. <br />Rule 6.2.1 requires maps to conform to the following criteria: <br />a. Show the name of the Applicant <br />b. Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional <br />engineer, or other qualified person <br />c. Give date prepared <br />d.
