This means that the <br />groundwater level will have to be close to the historic levels Al measured in 2005 prior to <br />relocating Bull Seep along his western property line and installing the slurry wall. Mr. Orr is also <br />requesting an estimate for a date when Al will be returning his property to him so that he can use <br />it. Especially considering that the first contact, he had with Al was when he sent a letter to them <br />on March 31, 2010, requesting they investigate the reason for flooding on his property. <br />Please keep me informed of the actions Al is doing to address the problem and impacts to, <br />properties outside their permit area that effect, Mr. Orr's land.
