Please provide documentation that the landowner consents to leaving the haul road and expanded ponds as <br />permanent features (will not be reclaimed). <br />19. If the road at the site entrance is identified as a permanent man -made structure, then, based on its close proximity <br />to the proposed tailings area, please provide either an agreement or engineering evaluation as required by Rule <br />6.3.12. <br />20. DRMS is evaluating the reclamation cost estimate, and will provide you the results of the evaluation when it <br />becomes available. <br />6.3.5 Exhibit E — Map <br />21. Please add to the Mining Plan Map the outline of the maximum extent of the pit. <br />22.
