The base is <br />convex, and the point is missing one ear. Projectile Point 3 is a complete side - notched point <br />made of brown semitranslucent chert measuring 1.3 x 1.2 x 0.3 cm. The base of the point is <br />indented, and the corners are spurred. The tip of the point is missing. <br />Nine bifaces were recovered. Biface 1 is a red quartzite midsection of a blank measuring <br />4.6 x 3.0 x 0.7 cm. Both remaining portions of the lateral edges are reworked. Biface 2 is a <br />white opaque chert medial portion of a blank measuring 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.2 cm. Biface 3 is a red <br />chert medial portion of a preform measuring 1.6 x 1.3 x 0.3 cm. The ventral side of the lateral <br />margin of the biface has been retouched. Biface 4 is a red chert proximal portion of a blank <br />measuring 3.5 x 2.0 x 1.1 cm. The blank has been heavily heat - altered. Biface 5 is a pink chert <br />medial blank fragment measuring 2.0 x 1.3 x 0.5 cm. Only a single lateral edge remains intact; <br />the rest of the biface has been broken due to trampling. Biface 6 is a pink, gray, and brown <br />mottled chert proximal and lateral portion of a preform measuring 3.2 x 3.0 x 0.9 cm. Biface <br />7 is a white chert distal end of a preblank measuring 2.9 x 2.1 x 0.5 cm. Biface 8 is a red <br />quartzite final biface that was possibly used as a knife. The biface measures 8.3 x 6.7 x 2.1 cm. <br />Biface 9 is a preblank made from white chert measuring 5.5 x 3.4 x 1.9 cm.
