If no timely written objection is received the Notice of Temporary Cessation <br />will be placed on the consent agenda for consideration and acceptance by the Board at this month's <br />meeting. If the Division receives a timely objection to the Notice of Temporary Cessation, the Board <br />will hear the objection as a contested matter at the next or future regularly scheduled meeting to be <br />determined by the parties. <br />Notice of Temporary Cessation — Construction Materials <br />Pursuant to the Mined Land Reclamation Act section C.R.S. 34- 32.5 -103 (11)(b) and Construction <br />Materials Rule 1.13.5, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety posts on the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board Agenda the Notices of Temporary Cessation for the following permitted sites: <br />1) Ranch Land Rock Pit #1, Permit Number M- 2002 -096 <br />Located in Fremont County, Township 20 South, Range 68 West, Section 24 <br />Holcim (US) Inc. <br />3500 Highway 120 <br />Florence, CO 81226 <br />Any person directly and adversely affected or aggrieved, as defined by Rule 1.1(4), may file a written objection <br />with the Division regarding these Notices of Temporary Cessation on or before 5:00 PM June 10, 2013. If no <br />timely written objection is received, the Notices of Temporary Cessation are placed on the consent agenda for <br />consideration and acceptance by the Board during the June 2013 meeting. If the Division receives a timely <br />objection to the Notice of Temporary Cessation, the Board will hear the objection as a contested matter during a <br />future regularly scheduled meeting. <br />
