There are no occupied buildings within 1600 feet of the permit boundary. <br />4. No impact on utilities or fence is expected. As the permit area will be fenced from <br />buffer areas, a cattle guard may be installed at entry to permit area from access <br />road. Land will not be disturbed within 100 feet radius of pylons except for <br />necessary road maintenance of the access road to comply with easement <br />requirements. <br />5. Letters requesting indemnity agreements are being sent to structure owners. <br />ENGINEERING EVALUATION <br />Based on my inspection of the site, the proposed mining operational activities and reclamation activities <br />proposed, and inspection of similar operations in the vicinity with similar soil, topography, and other <br />features, I hereby certify that the following significant, valuable or permanent man -made structures shall <br />not be damaged by activities occurring at the mining operation. <br />There are a number of permanent manmade structures within the affected area, or within 200 feet of the <br />affected area, some of which extend beyond that 200 -foot limit. There are no significant, valuable or <br />permanent man -made structures inside the permit boundary except for the following listed items, including <br />the power line and roads. <br />Structure Description /notes <br />Power lines The high - capacity power lines travel through the permit <br />area in a general north -south direction, with towers <br />between 830 and 1100 feet on- center, and which raise the <br />power lines a minimum of 50 feet above ground level. The <br />power line towers are on an easement granted by the <br />landowner which permits all uses of the land which will not <br />interfere with access to the towers and which will not <br />damage towers, foundations, or cables. <br />Owner <br />Western Area Power <br />Administration <br />(WAPA) <br />
