Chart 2 and Tables 1 and 2 exhibit the results from the production evaluation, and reveal that in
2011, the Phase III bond release areas significantly exceed the reference area comparison with 182
pounds per acre and 258 pounds per acre of herbaceous perennial production for the Greasewood and
Shadscale Comparison Revegetation Areas, respectively, versus the success standard of 93 and 83
pounds per acre of perennial herbaceous production (90% of Reference Area values) for the Greasewood
and Shadscale Reference Areas, respectively. In 2012, the Phase III bond release areas also significantly
exceed the reference area success standards with 108 pounds per acre and 175 pounds per acre of
perennial herbaceous production for the Greasewood and Shadscale Comparison Revegetation Areas,
respectively, versus 60 and 25 pounds per acre perennial herbaceous production (90% of Reference Area
values) for the Greasewood and Shadscale Reference Areas, respectively.
The perennial herbaceous production values of the revegetated areas significantly exceed the
corresponding reference area values, and this condition will likely continue into the foreseeable future.
The Greasewood Comparison Revegetation Areas exhibited nearly double the amount of perennial
herbaceous production than the corresponding reference area in both 2011 and 2012. The Shadscale
Comparison Revegetation Areas exhibited nearly three times and over six times the amount of perennial
herbaceous production over the corresponding reference area in both 2011 and 2012, respectively.
In Summary, Phase III bond release areas addressed by this document strongly surpass the
success standards for perennial herbaceous oroduction.
CEDAR CREEK ASSOCIATES, Inc.
