Our estimate is greater than <br />BRL's estimate because we have included the two monitoring wells (2010 -113 and 2010 - <br />1SS), and our unit costs for sealing wells are higher than those used by BRL. <br />The decision due date for TR78 is June 18, 2013. If BRL anticipates that the right of entry issue <br />cannot be resolved prior to the decision due date, please request an extended decision date.
